Delivery Options

We offer two fulfillment methods:

  1. Local Delivery
    • Available within Doha and surrounding areas
  2. Store Pickup
    • Collect your order from our store during business hours

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within Doha and surrounding areas in Qatar
  • Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location
  • For areas outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us at +974 30823444

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are typically processed same days
  • Delivery within Doha: 4-6 business hours from order confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for delivery or pickup

Store Pickup

  • Available at our store location in Doha
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting
  • Pickup Hours: Store time

Shipping Costs

  • Delivery charges vary based on your location within Doha
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount (as specified during checkout)
  • Store pickup is always free

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business hours: 
  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for local delivery orders
  • Payment must be made in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of your order
  • Please have the exact amount ready when possible

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp regarding your order status

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • Delayed Delivery: Contact us at +974 30823444 and we'll track your order
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +974 30823444

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery team will attempt to contact you before delivery
  • If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to reschedule
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our store
  • You can then arrange for store pickup or request redelivery

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping
  • Our services are limited to Qatar only
