RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Doko Fashion Wear (Dohans), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Dresses, kurtis, sarees, palazzo sets, and other apparel in original condition
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or worn
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered garments
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or phone at 30823444
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions
  4. Return the item(s) in original condition with tags attached

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account

Exchanges

  • We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 30823444
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
  • Please provide photos of the damaged item for our records

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs
  • For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
